Narrative: The above offenders were arrested by members of the Vehicular Hijacking Task Force on February 20, 2023 in the 2700 block of S. California Ave. They were positively identified as the offenders who, on December 11, 2022, at approximately 8:16 a.m., robbed a 57- year-old male victim at gunpoint in the 1100 block of W. 31st Street (9th District). The offenders were placed into custody and charged accordingly.
