Narrative: The above offender was arrested by the Chicago Police Department on February 21, 2023 in the 900 block of S. Independence Blvd. He was positively identified as the offender who, on November 14, 2022 at approximately 5:10 p.m., fatally shot a 29-year-old male victim in the 4300 block of W. 16th Street (10th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
