Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Vehicular Hijacking Task Force Team on February 21, 2023, in the 2300 block of W. 81st Place. He was positively identified as one of the offenders who, on October 5, 2022 at approximately 2:05 p.m. robbed and took a vehicle at gunpoint from a 27-year-old male victim in the 1200 block of W. 87th St. (22nd District) The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
