Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Vehicular Hijacking Task Force on February 23, 2023 in the 4700 block of W. Van Buren St. He was identified as one of the offenders who on, January 28, 2023 at approximately 2:09 a.m. robbed a 26-year-old male victim at gunpoint in the 1700 block of N. Keeler Ave. (25th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
