Narrative: The above offender was arrested by the Chicago Police Department on February 24, 2023 in the 600 block of S. Wabash Ave. He was positively identified as the offender who, on January 23, 2023 at approximately 3:15 p.m., while aboard a CTA train, forcefully took property from a 47-year-old male victim in the 200 block of N. La Salle St (1st District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
