Narrative: The above offender was arrested by the Chicago Police Department on March 13,
2023, at approximately 7:59 p.m. in the 3800 block of S. Cottage Grove Ave. He was identified as one of the offenders who, minutes earlier, took property from a 16-year-old female victim at gunpoint in the 4500 block of S. Woodlawn Ave. (2nd District). The offender was quickly located after being inside a previously reported stolen vehicle that had crashed into an unmarked Chicago Police Department vehicle. The offender was placed him into custody and subsequently charged accordingly.
