The agenda meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rosemont was called to order at 9:25 a.m.

II. REGULAR BOARD MEETING AT 9:30 A.M.

The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rosemont was called to order at 9:38 a.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. A motion was made by Trustee Dorgan, seconded by Trustee Fazio to approve the regular and agenda meeting minutes of March 13, 2023. A vote on the motion was unanimous. Motion carried.

1. A motion was made by Trustee Dorgan, seconded by Trustee Minale to approve and ratify the following paid bills:

ORDINANCE NO. 2023-4-10 / AUTHORIZING THE USE OF MONEYS IN THE GENERAL FUND OF THE VILLAGE OR ROSEMONT

2. A Motion was made by Trustee Dorgan, seconded by Trustee DiMatteo to approve Ordinance No. 2023-4-10, an Ordinance authorizing the use of moneys in the General Fund of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois to redeem, defease or otherwise retire outstanding bonds of said Village or otherwise invest in non-callable obligations guaranteed by the full faith and credit of the United States of America as to principal and interest.

ORDINANCE NO. 2023-4-10A / SALE OR DISPOSAL OF CERTAIN SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY

3. A Motion was made by Trustee Dorgan, seconded by Trustee Minale to approve Ordinance No. 2023-4-10A, an Ordinance authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus personal property. (9 trailers)

ORDINANCE NO. 2023-4-10B / TRANSFER OF CERTAIN SURPLUS PERSONAL  PROPERTY

1. A Motion was made by Trustee Price, seconded by Trustee Fazio to approve Ordinance No. 2023-4-10B, an Ordinance authorizing the transfer of certain surplus personal property. (Firearms)

PROPOSAL FROM AMERICAN RESPONSE VEHICLES / PURCHASE OF A NEW 2024-25 AEV TOMAHAWK MODULAR AMBULANCE

2. A Motion was made by Trustee Price, seconded by Trustee DiMatteo to approve a proposal from American Response Vehicles for the purchase of a new 2024-25 AEV Tomahawk Modular Ambulance with a Stryker Powerload System in the amount of $391,145.72.

MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

ORDINANCE NO. 2023-4-10C / AUTHORIZING A RESTATED TAX INCREMENT FINANCING ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT / TIF NO. 6 REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND PROJECT AREA

1. A Motion was made by Trustee Fazio, seconded by Trustee DiMatteo to approve Ordinance No. 2023-4-10C, an Ordinance authorizing a Restated Tax Increment Financing Assistance Agreement for a portion of the TIF No. 6 Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 6 – 9501 W. Devon)

ORDINANCE NO. 2023-4-10D / EXECUTION OF A RESTATED REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AND SALE CONTRACT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

A Motion was made by Trustee Fazio, seconded by Trustee DiMatteo to approve Ordinance No. 2023-4-10D, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Restated Real Estate Purchase and Sale Contract and Development Agreement for a portion of the TIF No. 7 Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 7- Mannheim and Higgins)
