A public hearing on an application of 9421 W Higgins Small Cheval, LLC., 9421 W. Higgins Road, Rosemont, IL., for a variance from the Village of Rosemont’s sign ordinance to allow the exterior wall signage on the north and west elevations as depicted in the sign package prepared by Aria Group and/or South Water Signs dated May 17, 2023, and submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
