2. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2023-12-11, a Resolution removing the current bond registrar and paying agent and appointing a new bond registrar and paying agent with respect to certain outstanding bonds of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois.

3. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-12-11, an Ordinance exercising the Village of Rosemont’s Home Rule to pre-empt and reject the applicability of the Transportation Benefits Act (Public Act 103-0291) to the Village of Rosemont’s employees.

4. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-12-11A, an Ordinance amending Section 3-8-2 of the Village’s Code of Ordinances to amend the amusement tax rate.

5. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-12-11B, an Ordinance amending Article A of Chapter 6, Title 3 of the Village’s Code of Ordinances titled “Parking Lot and Garage Opera tions Taxes.”

6. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-12-11C, an Ordinance adding new Section 7-2-23 to the Village of Rosemont’s Code of Ordinances regulating unscheduled bus stops.

7. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2023-12-11A, a Resolution authorizing a Settlement Agreement with Mariner Higgins Centre, LLC.

8. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-12-11D, an Ordinance amending Section 4-1-1 of the Village of Rosemont’s Code of Ordinances for Business Licenses.

9. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-12-11E, an Ordinance amending Section 3-10-1 of the Village of Rosemont’s Code of Ordinances titled “Fee Schedule”.

10. Motion to approve a contract for fireworks displays.

PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE

1 Motion to approve an acquisition program with Axon Enterprises Inc. for Tasers and related equipment and services in the total amount of $212,576.59 with a payment due in April 2024 in the amount of $30,096.00 and in each April from 2025 through 2029 in the amount of $36,496.12.

2 Motion to approve a three-year agreement from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026 with Metro Paramedic Services, Inc. for paramedic and firefighting services.

3. Motion to approve a one-year contract for 2024 with Paramedic Billing Services, Inc. for the billing and collection of amounts due for Ambulance and Fire Services.
