2. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2024-1-8, an Ordinance making appropriations for the Village of Rosemont’s 2024 fiscal year.
3. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2024-1-8A, an Ordinance determining that the Cook County paid leave ordinance (ordinance amendment 24-0583) is not applicable to the Village of Rosemont or its employees.
4. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2024-1-8B, an Ordinance authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus personal property (2001 Ford F-350).
5. Motion to approve and ratify the purchase of a new 2022 Ford F-250 from Golf Mill Ford in the amount of $61,012.25 and a snowplow from Regional Truck Equipment (quotation 82464) in the amount of $7,029.00.
6. Motion to approve the purchase of flowers and bulbs from SiteOne Landscape Supply in the amount of $163,695.30.
7. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-1-8C, an Ordinance amending section 4-2-7(Q) of the Village of Rosemont’s Code of Ordinances to amend the requirements for receiving a Class J Liquor License.
8. Motion to approve: (1) an Eighth Amendment to the Rosemont Theatre Cleaning Services Contract with Bomark Cleaning Services, Inc.; (2) an Eighth Amendment to the Arena Cleaning Services Contract with Bomark Cleaning Services, Inc.; and (3) a Third Amendment to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center Cleaning Services Agreement with Bomark Cleaning Services, Inc.
9. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2024-1-8, a Resolution authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Des Plaines for funding the local share for preliminary engineering for a Devon Avenue multi-use path between Stillwell Drive and River Road.
10. Motion to approve and ratify the Village’s Insurance coverages for the period from January 3, 2024 through January 3, 2025 for General Liability, Employee Benefits Liability, Automobile Liability/Garage Keepers, Public Officials/Employment Practices Liability, Law Enforcement Liability, Auto Physical Damage, Excess Liability, Workers’ Compensation/Employers Liability, Cyber Liability, Fiduciary/Public Safety Officers Pension Board, and Terrorism Coverages as recommended by Alliant at a cost of $1,047,575.
11. Motion to approve the proposal from Krimson Valley Landscaping for lawn maintenance, planting labor and miscellaneous seeding and weed control products for the 2024 season for a total not to exceed $1,175,000.
12. Motion to approve additional change order costs and credits for the Portillos site work in the net amount of $175,424.63.
13. Motion to approve change orders 1, 2, 3A, 3B, 3C and a general conditions contingency credit for the William Street Parking garage restoration work in the net amount of $62,800.87.
