6.1 FINANCE

1. Award of Contract 25-0025 to RSUI Indemnity Company, Westchester Fire Insurance Company, Lloyd’s of London, Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Company, SiriusPoint America Insurance Company and Federal Insurance Company for the purchase of Property Insurance Program Services through the  insurance broker, Mesirow Insurance Services, Inc. (Alliant Insurance Services, Inc.) for the combined annual premium of $2,566,970.00 for a one-year term (Order Against CMS Master Contract).

1. Award of Contract I-24-4979 to K-Five Construction Corporation for Plaza Improvements on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) from Mile Post 62.5 (Barrington Road) to Mile Post 70.8 (Arlington Heights Road) in the amount of $13,804,906.91.

2. Extra Work Order on I-21-4732 to Walsh Construction Company II, LLC for Railroad Bridge Construction Union Pacific Railroad and Earthwork on the Elgin O’Hare Western Access Tollway (I-490) Franklin Avenue to South of Irving Park Road (IL-19) and Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) between Mile Post 62.00 and Mile Post 62.25 (Barrington Road) in the amount of $4,500,000.00, increasing the upper limit of compensation from $239,445,724.08 to $243,945,724.08.

3. Extra Work Order on I-21-4834 to Lorig Construction Company for Roadway and Bridge Reconstruction and Widening on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) between Mile Post 27.8 (Ogden Avenue) and Mile Post 29.5 (Cermak Road) in the amount of $6,600,000.00, increasing the upper limit of compensation from $136,176,727.77 to $142,776,727.77.

4. Extension of Contract 24-0230 with Meade, Inc. for the purchase of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Field Equipment Maintenance in an amount not to exceed $500,000.00 (Tollway Emergency).
