Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez has shared her thoughts on pressing political issues through a series of Twitter posts on March 27, 2025. Representing Illinois' 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, Ramirez, who holds a BA from Northeastern Illinois University and has served in various political roles, uses the platform to voice her stance on policies surrounding immigration, disaster recovery funding, and public service privatization.

In one of her statements, she expressed concern about what she perceives as ongoing targeted actions against leaders and activists under the current administration's policies. Highlighting the case of Lelo Juarez Zeferino, she said, "The persecution of leaders and activists standing against the Administration’s white nationalist agenda continues."

Commenting on federal emergency management, Ramirez criticized former President Trump and DHS Secretary Noem's alleged attempts to undermine FEMA. She articulated her worries about the implications for working-class communities, asserting, "Billionaires don't need support to rebuild, but working families need the essential federal support to recover from disasters."

Addressing the possible privatization of the United States Postal Service, Ramirez took a stand against efforts she attributes to the Musk-Trump coalition. She stated, "The people have spoken: NO to privatization of USPS!" Her concern focuses on job losses and service delays that could arise from such actions.
