A $52.3 million industrial facility at O’Hare International Airport has been granted a Cook County Class 6(b) property tax incentive. The City Council approved the incentive, which is valued at $2.7 million over a 12-year term.
Aero Chicago II built the 132,394-square-foot facility in 2023, located at 838 Patton Drive. The project is now leased by Worldwide Flight Services and resulted in the creation of 125 full-time jobs and 200 construction jobs.
The Class 6(b) property tax incentive aims to promote industrial development in areas that require revitalization.
