Saturday, March 29: Kenwood Academy High School standout Alana Powell’s college team wins to Ohio Bobcats

On Saturday, March 29, former Kenwood Academy High School standout Alana Powell’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Ohio Bobcats.

The game took place at Mary M. Bell Field. This was their third matchup against the Bobcats this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 1:05 p.m. at First Merchants Ballpark Complex against Ball State Cardinals.
