1. Replace fan motor and blades on one of the four fans on the hall condenser at a cost of $784.50. This includes parts and labor.

NEW BUSINESS

A. Discuss/Possible Action: Standing Committee Members Appointments. (VV)

B. Action: Approve Village of Brighton Appropriation Ordinance 2025-10 (RC)

C. Action: Approve Ordinance 2025-11 Authorizing the issuance of Waterworks System Revenue Bonds of the Village of Brighton, Macoupin Co, IL. (RC)

D. Discuss/Possible Action: Purchase new desk not to exceed $1500. (RC)

E. Discuss/Possible Action: Send 4 people to the IML Conference on September 18-20th. ($325x2; $250x1; 1 Free. Plus rooms and expenses.) (RC)

F. Discuss/Possible Action: Spend up to $5000 for 2025 Village Appreciation Christmas Party. (RC)

G. Discuss/Possible Action: Closing a small section of Main St. once a month for 2 hours for a car cruise.
