2. Committee discussion and a motion to approve CES INC to assist the Village of Cherry Valley with advertising for Request for Proposals for roof repairs/replacement at the Cherry Valley Village Hall, 806 E. State Street, Cherry Valley, IL.

EX-OFFICIO’S RECREATION BOARD REPORT:
1. Motion that the Committee of the Whole approve a Security Services Agreement from Security Pro Intel, Inc. for security for the village’s Annual Street Dance to be held on July 19, 2025, 2025 at a cost of $316.00 from line item 5260 Public Works.

1. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board the payment of a one-year subscription for the Skydio Drone, through Skydio, Inc. $2,592.48 from line item 5377P (Software and Subscriptions).
2. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board for Sergeant Jones, Patrol Officer Erickson, and Patrol Officer Turkes to attend a Glock Armorer Certification Course at Winnebago County Justice Center in Rockford, IL on August 7, 2025. Registration is $300.00 per officer for a total of $900.00 from Training/Seminars 5195P.
3. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board approval to enter into an agreement and sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Office of the Illinois Attorney General to join the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC). This Agreement allows a Cherry Valley Police Officer to assist in investigations which exploit children in Internet crimes.
