I. Attendance/Call to Order

II. Public Speaker Testimony

Members of the public can submit written testimony to be included in the official meeting record, or can register to present in-person or virtual oral testimony at the meeting. The written testimony or registration to testify on August 5, 2025 should be submitted prior to August 4, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. Deadlines to register to testify for the public hearings are listed below. Testimony is limited to three (3) minutes per person. Further information on how to submit written testimony or register to provide in-person or virtual oral testimony is included in the Meeting Notice and on the CCH website at https://cookcountyhealth.org/about/board-of-directors/

III. Introduction and review of proposed CCH FY2026 Preliminary Budget

Recess and reconvene on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 6:00 P.M.

IV. Reconvene - August 11, 2025 Public Hearing – 6:00 P.M.

A. Review proposed CCH FY2026 Preliminary Budget

B. Receive Public Speaker Testimony - Written testimony or registration to testify on August 11, 2025 should be submitted prior to August 11, 2025 at 1:00 P.M.

Recess and reconvene on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 1:00 P.M.

V. Reconvene - August 13, 2025 Public Hearing – 1:00 P.M.
