2. Action Item: Amend Section 113 of Village Code: Peddlers and Hawkers. A new ordinance regulating Peddlers, Hawkers and Solicitors in the Village. (See attached Minutes.) (RC)
3. Action Item: Send a Resolution of support for IL Rt 267 Maintenance to IDOT. (RC)
4. Request for consideration: An ordinance be created for non-permanent food and beverage facilities.

OLD BUSINESS
A. 103 School St: Scott Watts will give an update regarding progress on repairs.
B. Discuss/Possible Action: Ongoing Municipal building repairs.
1. Cost for North wall tuckpointing is $18,460. Joseph F. Becker, Inc. presented the breakdown attached.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Discuss/Possible Action: Need to decommission diesel underground tank. It failed inspection and the State Fire Marshall requires the tank to be decommissioned. (RC)
B. Discuss: Propose a referendum to change power companies from Ameren to a municipal aggregate? Citizens may opt out/in at any time.
C. Discuss/Possible Action: Set dates for Senior Social. (VV)
D. Discuss/Possible Action: Send Public Works employees to IPWSOA training at a cost of $770.
