Chicago's Committee on Transportation and Public Way met Wednesday to consider waivers to building ordinances for businesses and eateries.

The committee is a standing committee of the Chicago City Council. It oversees all matters

relating to the Chicago Transit Authority, the subways and the furnishing of public transportation within the city.
