Request authority to advertise the Department of Planning and
Development’s intention to enter into a negotiated sale with Bloom on
Marquette, LLC for the disposition of the property located at 1345-57 and
1363 E. Marquette Road in the 71st/Stony Island Tax Increment Financing
Redevelopment Project Area, to request alternative proposals, and to
approve the sale of the properties to Bloom on Marquette, LLC if no
responsive alternative proposals are received.
B. RIVER SOUTH TIF REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
(WARD 25)
Request authority to acquire portions of the property approximately
located at 600, 800 and 978 S. Wells Street in the River South Tax
Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area.
