Friends of Todd H Stroger owes $17,575 in fines

The campaign committee Friends of Todd H Stroger owes a $25 fine imposed on Nov. 9, 2010, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $17,550 with Vincent Williams listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 143 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $863,080 in pending fines.
