Jorge Mujica for Alderman owes $1,025 in fines

The campaign committee Jorge Mujica for Alderman owes a $650 fine imposed on Sept. 2, 2016, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $375 with Jorge Mujica listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 143 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $863,080 in pending fines.
