People for Jerry Washington owes $1,325 in fines

The campaign committee People for Jerry Washington owes a $450 fine imposed on Sept. 2, 2016, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $875 with Jerry Washington listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 143 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $863,080 in pending fines.
