Request authority to acquire the property located at 4301 W. Chicago Avenue in the Northwest Industrial Corridor Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area.
B. 47TH/Ashland TIF Redevelopment Project Area (Ward 20)
Request authority to advertise the Department of Planning and Development’s intention to enter into a negotiated sale with 51st & Ashland, LLC for the disposition of the property located at 5044-48 S. Ashland Avenue in the 47th/Ashland Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area, to request alternative proposals, and to approve the sale of the property to 51st & Ashland, LLC if no responsive alternative proposals are received.
C. 63RD/Ashland TIF Redevelopment Project Area (Ward 15)
Request authority to advertise the Department of Planning and Development’s intention to enter into a negotiated sale with Growing Home, Inc. for the disposition of the property located at 1844 W. 59th Street in the 63rd/Ashland Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area, to request alternative proposals, and to approve the sale of the property to Growing Home, Inc. if no responsive alternative proposals are received.
