Hales Franciscan's Nelson has 10 tackles in Illinois Fighting Illini football win

Hales Franciscan graduate Patrick Nelson had 10 tackles and one solo tackle for a loss in Illinois Fighting Illini football's 28-6 win Sept. 29 over the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Huskers at Memorial.

Nelson is a 6-2, 210 pound sophomore defensive back from Chicago.

Up next: Illinois Fighting Illini football plays hosts Iowa Hawkeyes football on Oct. 7.
