A motion was made by Vice President LaVelle, seconded by Commissioner King, that this be adopted. The motion carried by the following vote:

A motion was made by Vice President LaVelle, seconded by Commissioner King, that Matt Marino amd Timothy O'Connell represent the Chicago Parkd District as delegates for the Illinois Association of Park District (IAPD) conference. This motion was moved and carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5 - Edwards, King, LaVelle, Helfand and Allen
Absent: 2 - Koldyke and Ruiz
2. Approval Of The Minutes:
17-2894-110 8 Approval Of Meeting Minutes For The Regular Scheduled Meeting Held On October 11, 2017 And The Special Meeting Held On October 20, 2017
A motion was made by Commissioner King, seconded by Commissioner Edwards, that the Meeting Minutes be adopted. The motion carried by the following vote:

Raffi Sarrafian, Chief Administrative Officer addressed the Board. A motion was made by Commissioner King, seconded by Commissioner Edwards, that this Item be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5 - Edwards, King, LaVelle, Helfand and Allen Absent: 1 – Koldyke

A motion was made by Commissioner King, seconded by Allen, that this be enter into Closed Session. The motion carried by the following vote:
