Chairman Leon called the meeting to order.

1. Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting

Regular Meeting of December 7, 2017

Motioned by Moreno, seconded by Smith. Approved unanimously (6-0).

2. Class L Property Tax Incentive - Application

COURTHOUSE PLACE - WARD 42

54 West Hubbard Street

Cynthia Roubik presented the report. Vote to approve the recommendation to City Council for the Class L Property Tax Incentive for Courthouse Place.

Motioned by Wong, seconded by Smith. Approved unanimously (6-0).

3. Class L Property Tax Incentive - Application

FULTON-RANDOLPH MARKET DISTRICT - WARD 27

911-915 West Randolph Street

Cynthia Roubik presented the report. Vote to approve the recommendation to City Council for the Class L Property Tax Incentive for 911-915 West Randolph Street.

Motioned by Moreno, seconded by Dziekiewicz. Approved unanimously (6-0).

4. Citwide Adopt-a-Landmark Fund - Application

FIRST CHURCH OF DELIVERANCE - WARD 3

4315 South Wabash Avenue

Cynthia Roubik presented the report. Vote to approve the resolution approving a Citywide Adopt-a-Landmark Fund grant to First Church of Deliverance.

Motioned by Reifman, seconded by Moreno. Approved unanimously (6-0).

5. Permit Review Committee Reports

Report on Projects Reviewed at the December 7, 2017, Permit Review Committee Meeting

Commissioner Wong presented the report from the Permit Review Committee meeting of December 7, 2017 (see attached).

Report on Permit Decisions by the Commission Staff for the Month of December 2017

Cynthia Roubik presented the staff report for the month of December 2017 (see attached).

Larry Shure provided a status update on emergency demolition at 4840 South Dorchester Avenue.

Commissioner Reifman left the meeting.

6. Schedule for a Public Hearing on Final Landmark Recommendation – Announcement Announced:

The request-for-consent period expired October 23, 2017. A public hearing will be held:
