Chairman Leon called the meeting to order.

1. Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting

Regular Meeting of January 11, 2018

Motioned by Rossi, seconded by Smith. Approved unanimously (6-0).

2. Final Landmark Recommendation

NETTERSTRÖM HOUSE - WARD 44

833 West Aldine Ave

Commissioner Rossi presented the Hearing Officer’s Report. Matt Crawford presented the staff report. Vote to adopt final landmark recommendation to City Council for the Netterström House.

Motioned by Smith, seconded by Rossi. Approved unanimously (6-0).

3. Final Landmark Recommendation

DANIEL O. HILL HOUSE - WARD 44

448 West Barry Avenue

Commissioner Tolliver presented the Hearing Officer’s Report. Matt Crawford presented the staff report. Vote to adopt final landmark recommendation to City Council for the Daniel O. Hill House.

Motioned by Smith, seconded by Tolliver. Approved unanimously (6-0).

4. Class L Property Tax Incentive - Application

FULTON-RANDOLPH MARKET DISTRICT - WARD 27

1113-1115 West Fulton Market

Dijana Cuvalo presented the report. Vote to approve the recommendation to City Council for the Class L Property Tax Incentive for 1113-1115 West Fulton Market.

Motioned by Wong, seconded by Smith. Approved unanimously (6-0).

5. Permit Review Committee Reports

Report on Projects Reviewed at the January 11, 2018, Permit Review Committee Meeting

Commissioner Wong presented the report from the Permit Review Committee meeting of January 11, 2018.

Report on Permit Decisions by the Commission Staff for the Month of January 2018

Cynthia Roubik presented the staff report for the month of January 2018.

6. Approval of the Annual Certified Local Government Report for 2017

Dijana Cuvalo reported highlights from the 2017 CLG Report regarding the City’s historic preservation program. Resolution to approve the Certified Local Government Annual Report for 2017.

Motioned by Smith, seconded by Tolliver. Approved unanimously (6-0).

7. Adjournment

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 2:13 p.m.
