Graduates earn 108 degrees, certificates from Northwestern College-Chicago Campus

About 80.6 percent of the 108 degrees and certificates handed out by the Northwestern College-Chicago Campus in 2016-17 were to students in Health Professions and Related Programs programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Chicago conferred 64 certificates and 23 associate's degrees in Health Professions and Related Programs programs.

But the single most popular program was for a certificate in Medical/Clinical Assistant. Data shows the school gave out 56 certificates in Medical/Clinical Assistant, followed by 14 associate's degrees in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician and 12 associate's degrees in Business Administration and Management, General.

The college enrolled 262 students for 2016-17, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
