Illinois students paid $26,700 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year $900 more than the $25,800 charged for 2016-17.
Data shows 95 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 585 students received grants or scholarships totaling $8.21 million and 499 students took out student loans totaling more than $3.65 million.
Including all undergraduates, 2,570 students used grants or scholarships totaling $40.22 million. Another 2,144 took out $17.95 million in federal student loans.
