IL State Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Aug. 1.
The Illinois Chamber of Commerce is calling for Governor Bruce Rauner to veto House Bill 4527, that would amend the Illinois Human Rights Act.
The chamber's president says by making the term "employer" apply to any size business, it could open up family and small businesses to unfair discrimination complaints.
