City Winery issued the following announcement on Aug. 1.
This holiday season, City Winery Nashville’s Private Events team wants to give back to our community! We know our local non-profit organizations work hard all year to make a difference in Music City. Those who work so diligently to help in a selfless manner deserve an evening of celebration. We’re giving away a holiday party to the staff of one local charity with an estimated value of $1,500. To enter to win, charities must fill out our application form here. This form will not only tell our City Winery team about the wonderful work your organization is accomplishing in Nashville, but also verify your company as an eligible applicant.
Giveaway begins 8/1/18 at 3PM CT and ends Friday 8/31/18 at 3PM CT. All applications must be submitted by this deadline for consideration.
Holiday Party will include the following details:
– Room rental for 24 guests or less
– Food selections from limited special holiday menu
– 2 drinks per guest from limited special holiday menu
– Located in City Winery Nashville’s Cellar Private Dining Room

What organizations are eligible to apply?
Middle Tennessee public charities are eligible. All organizations must be able to show proof of their status through one (1) or more of the following criteria, to be provided within the application form:
– Copy of IRS determination letter
– Employer Identification Number (EIN)
– Proof of approval via Better Business Bureau’s Wise Charity Alliance
– Current non-profit profile on GivingMatters.com
What is required to participate?
All organizations will need to complete our official application before 8/31/18 at 3PM CT. There is no fee for an organization to apply. Within this application, organization will be required to show proof of non-profit
How will the winner be determined?
City Winery Nashville will review the applications to ensure all necessary criteria has been met. From the remaining eligible applicants, one lucky organization will be chosen at random and notified via e-mail by 10/1. All other organizations will be notified of a winner being chosen at this time. If the winning organization has not responded to our e-mail within seven (7) business days, another winner will be chosen
Can I edit my application after I have submitted?
Yes! You will receive an e-mailed response receipt from our application’s Google Form. Within this e-mail will be a button marked “edit response.” After 8/31 at 3PM CT, you will no longer be able to edit your application.
Will I be able to view the other applications?
No, all applications are private.
