City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College enrolls 10,227 undergrads

At City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College, 59 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 56 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year public institution in Chicago enrolled 10,227 students in fall 2017, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 5.4 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

99 percent of undergraduates are residents of Illinois. 1 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (62 percent) and white (22 percent).
