BetterGov files lawsuit against Chicago to disclose deal with Musk

In June, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and multi-billionaire Elon Musk appeared together to talk about thier vision in creating an underground express railway which would take passengers from the Loop to O'Hare airport in 12 minutes. They have yet to reveal the details of the plan.

BetterGov has filed a lawsuit to get the disclosure.
