Roll Call
A Roll Call was taken and the following Commissioners were found to be in attendance:
Present 4 - Tim King, David A. Helfand, Jesse Ruiz, and M. Laird Koldyke
Absent 2 - Donald Edwards, and Avis LaVelle
Public Hearing Announcement:
President Ruiz opened the meeting and announced the Public Hearing.

Remarks were made by President Jesse Ruiz regarding the nature of the Public Hearing and the date the publication was made.

A motion was made by Koldyke, seconded by King, that the meeting be adjourned. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4 - Helfand, Ruiz, Koldyke and King
