Q2 real estate sales report: Roseland/Pullman

Median prices rose in Roseland/Pullman over last year, and are up 153.3 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 164 homes sold in Roseland/Pullman for a median price of $60,750. That's 19.1 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, 42 homes in Roseland/Pullman were in foreclosure.

Median property tax for homeowners in Roseland/Pullman was $2,302.05 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 4.5 percent of their home's value in taxes.
