Q2 real estate sales report: North Center

Median prices declined in North Center over last year, and are up 8.4 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 89 homes sold in North Center for a median price of $590,000. That's 15.9 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
