ANN & ROBERT H. LURIE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OF CHICAGO: New Illinois law on rear-facing car seats takes effect January 1
Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago issued the following announcement on Dec. 28.
