Auburn Community Unit School District 10 Board met Nov. 1.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
Present: Fred Jessup, Mark Killam, John Megginson, and Scott Norris. Absent: Matt Kern, Josh Smith, and Chuck DuBois. Also present were Darren Root, Wes Seifert, and Cathryn Seifert.
Megginson moved to adopt the agenda. Norris seconded the motion. The voting was as follows:

Jessup yea Norris yea
Kern absent Smith absent
Killam yea
There being 4 “yeas”, 0 “nays”, the president declared the motion carried.

Killam moved to accept the farming bid of $400/acre from TT Farms Inc. – Tony Dobson. Norris seconded the motion. The voting was as follows:
