Chairman Leon called the meeting to order.
1. Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting
Regular Meeting of October 4, 2018
Motioned by Houlihan, seconded by Moreno. Approved unanimously (6-0).
2. Final Landmark Recommendation
Commissioner Reifman joined the meeting.
Lisa Misher, Department of Law, joined the meeting.
COOK COUNTY HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
1835 West Harrison Street
Matt Crawford presented the landmark recommendation report. Motion to adopt the final landmark recommendation for the Cook County Hospital Administration Building.
Motioned by Tolliver, seconded by Rossi. Approved unanimously (7-0).
3. Final Landmark Recommendation
MUNICIPAL TUBERCULOSIS SANITARIUM COMPLEX
Roughly bounded by Pulaski Road, Peterson Avenue, Central Park Avenue, and Bryn Mawr Avenue
Matt Crawford presented the landmark recommendation report. Motion to adopt the final landmark recommendation for the Municipal Tuberculosis Sanitarium Complex.
Motioned by Moreno, seconded by Rossi. Approved unanimously (7-0).
4. Permit Review Committee Reports
Report on Projects Reviewed at the October 4, 2018, Permit Review Committee Meeting
Commissioner Wong presented the report from the Permit Review Committee meeting of October 4, 2018 (see attached).
Report on Permit Decisions by the Commission Staff for the Month of October 2018
Lawrence Shure presented the staff report for the month of October 2018 (see attached).
5. Adjournment
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
