COOK COUNTY HOSPITAL: Frostbite Prevention Tips

Cook County Hospital issued the following announcement on Jan. 22.

Dangerous wind chills and low temperatures are expected overnight and into the weekend. Cook County Health has provided the tips below to prevent frostbite.
