Supporters of John K. Kozlar for a Better Chicago, the candidate committee, has yet to receive any contributions toward his bid to become mayor of Chicago, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
Kozlar is a lawyer from the South Side. He ran for alderman in the 11th Ward in 2011 and 2015 and lost each time.
