Q3 real estate sales report: West Loop

Median prices rose in West Loop over last year, and are up 12.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 47 homes sold in West Loop for a median price of $386,000. That's 12.6 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
