Q4 real estate sales report: River North

Median prices declined in River North over last year, and are down 9.2 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 33 homes sold in River North for a median price of $385,000. That's 9.2 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
