Q4 real estate sales report: Lawndale

Median prices declined in Lawndale over last year, and are up 181.7 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 77 homes sold in Lawndale for a median price of $133,500. That's 4.1 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
