How did Carlos Rosa spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Non partisan Carlos Rosa's election campaign committee, Carlos for Chicago, spent $880 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rosa's committee spent the most on voter file in the quarter, with all those payments ($292) going to NationBuilder in Los Angeles. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rosa's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
