Democratic William Spector Guzzardi's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Will Guzzardi, spent $16,434 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Guzzardi's committee spent the most on staff salaries in the quarter, with all those payments ($9,000) going to Melissa Rubio in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Guzzardi's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
