Democratic Christopher Taliaferro's election campaign committee, Friends of Chris Taliaferro, spent $13,646 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Taliaferro's committee spent the most on fund raising in the quarter, with all those payments ($7,500) going to KJD Strategies in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Taliaferro's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
