Non partisan Carlos Rosa's election campaign committee, Carlos for Chicago, spent $6,021 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rosa's committee spent the most on rent political office in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,925) going to Cagan Management Group in Skokie. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rosa's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
