Non partisan Carlos Rosa's election campaign committee, Carlos for Chicago, spent $12,088 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rosa's committee spent the most on ccdp 2017reception donation in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,000) going to Cook County Democratic Party in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rosa's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
